Version 14 takes into account recent reviews of relevant Government and regulator guidance. It should be noted that there is an increasing divergence between the guidance for workplace and social circumstances. This guidance only considers the relevant workplace guidance provided by relevant Governments and regulators.
Given the above divergence it is important that duty holders consider only the relevant workplace guidance when reviewing processes. It is further recommended that employers consider the confusion and compliance fatigue that employees and contractors may experience at this stage of the pandemic.
